The research with a Fortune 500 healthcare services company comprises a three-year project to assess the low utilization rate of employee wellness programs that could lead to significant healthcare spending savings and an increase in employee health. It includes retrospective analyses and a prospective RCT to test alternatives that could result in more employees enrolling in these programs.
