Quest Diagnostics: Increasing Employee Participation in Wellness Programs

The research with Quest Diagnostics comprises a three-year project to assess the low utilization rate of employee wellness programs that could lead to significant healthcare spending savings and an increase in employee health. It includes retrospective analyses and a prospective RCT to test alternatives that could result in more employees enrolling in these programs.

This is the longest running Lab research project. At the end of the second year, the team reported on the Outreach Campaign trial and its continued investigations into utilization and productivity drives.
