MIT Sloan Women's Preconference: Disparate Burdens
While the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the challenges facing women in the workforce, it is only the most recent catalyst to illuminate the ways women’s careers are differentially impacted by homelife. This panel will address ways that organizations, leadership, and individual employees can help reverse recent trends in women disproportionately leaving the workforce.
