Through facilitated exercises and peer discussion you'll clarify what success means, on your terms, and develop strategies to navigate uncertainty with confidence. You'll leave with a personalized roadmap and perhaps even some partners to help advance your mission.

  Learn about an approach to unlocking the transformative power of AI while safeguarding against potential risks. This workshop will explore a framework that shifts the AI frontier by highlighting Hartford HealthCare as a case study. They are building an AI ecosystem of multi-stakeholder partners, driving a robust portfolio of AI research and AI enabled technology-startup partnerships, implementing a strong governance structure to protect against patient harm, focusing on education and AI literacy, employing a disciplined methodology to integrate and scale AI into clinical practice safely, and developing a multimodal data liquidity layer.

• Systems, AI, and the Human Factor: From MIT Orbit AI, Aviation, Model Predictive Control for Corporate Growth, and Robotics in Society

  This MIT IAP session blends keynote talks and interactive exploration to examine how System Dynamics, artificial intelligence, and human-centered design converge to address today’s most complex and high-stakes challenges. From entrepreneurial education at the MIT Trust Center to information sense-making with MIT Orbit AI, the agenda spans dynamic modeling with Ventana Systems, aviation safety and human error, and the evolving role of robotics in society through the lens of Boston Dynamics. Participants are invited to rethink how we build, understand, and intervene in dynamic systems—whether social, technical, or institutional. 
  
  The workshop explores AI not merely as a tool for automation, but as a cognitive assistant—supporting our ability to perceive patterns, surface assumptions, and navigate uncertainty in early-stage problem solving. We’ll explore the essential role of human factors in aviation and robotics, focusing on how system design can reduce errors, support human needs across various sectors, from industrial operations to our day-to-day lives, and strengthen the human-technology Interface. Whether building startups, shaping policy, or designing intelligent machines, this session challenges participants to imagine futures where technology augments our understanding of systems—rather than replacing it.

• Thinking Like a Lawyer in the Age of AI

Participants receive a custom NDA Playbook, sample AI legal prompts, and practical tools to lead with confidence in an increasingly automated world.
