Fill out the project questionnaire here
For new hosts
If you've never submitted a Questionnaire for G-Lab or any other MIT Sloan Action Learning lab before, please click Register as a Host and create an account. Once you create your account and sign in, click New Application to start a G-Lab 2026-2027 Questionnaire.
For returning hosts
If you have submitted a Questionnaire for G-Lab, or any other MIT Sloan Action Learning lab before (whether or not you were matched with a student team), please click Login and sign in using your existing credentials. If you forgot your password, follow the link on the Login page and you will be able to reset it.
Troubleshooting
If you experience any technical difficulties while filling out the Questionnaire, please contact MIT Sloan Action Learning at actionlearning@mit.edu and someone on our team will assist you.
