Think of MIT G-Lab as a cost-effective, ~4 month project working with a team of 4 MIT Sloan MBA students to solve your biggest strategic challenges: 

  1. G-Lab teams work part-time from MIT from September through December. 
  2. G-Lab teams work full-time in person at your offices for 3 weeks in January.
  3. You determine the project scope and deliverables. 

G-Lab has no fee. Your sole cost is to pay for the team’s coach airfare and provide a simple, safe place to stay.

  • Populix

    Indonesian consumer insights scaleup Populix partnered with G-Lab to create a GTM strategy for their new customer AI tool. The team’s deliverables included mapping the optimal acquisition channels to turbocharge growth.

  • Paymongo

    Philippine-based digital payments firm Paymongo asked G-Lab to tailor a product-led growth strategy for a new customer segment. The team’s competitive and trend analysis yielded recommendations that led the firm to significantly revise its initial strategy.
