  • Deadline for early registration: April 3, 2026
  • Deadline for speaker registration: May 1, 2026

Submission

Submissions should be made via EasyChair at the following link, by choosing "TSL-2026" as the event:
https://easychair.org/conferences?conf=tslconference2026

Abstracts should be at most 4 pages in length including references. To ensure all presentations are of the highest quality, abstracts should highlight the main contributions of the research and include outcomes of computational studies, if applicable.

Abstracts, with the same guidelines, can also be submitted specifically for presentation as poster. Posters will be on display throughout the conference, and a special session will be held for the attendees to visit the posters accompanied by one or more authors. A student poster competition will identify three best posters for awards along with up to two honorable mentions. Judging will be conducted by the scientific committee members.

The Scientific Committee will evaluate submissions based on their relevance to the field of transportation science and logistics, the quality of the writing, the novelty and rigor of their methodological contributions, and the potential impact and applicability of their practical contributions.

Registration policies

This is an in-person meeting. All speakers must be present in Cambridge.

Every speaker must register for the conference by May 1, 2026. Speakers failing to register within that deadline will be understood as a withdrawal from the conference, and the submission will be excluded from the program.

Only one talk per speaker is allowed. This will allow us to keep the conference small enough to allow deep interactions, while enabling a vast range of presentations to accommodate the TSL Society's wide interests. Each presentation must be accompanied by at least one full paid registration. Each person may be a co-author on several submissions, but make sure that each submission has a different speaker registered.

Refunds/cancellations: must be received in writing no later than June 26, 2026 for a refund less $100 processing fee.

All conference attendees are required to agree to INFORMS Meeting Code of Conduct.
