Spirit of Boston (Gala dinner)

The gala dinner will take place aboard the Spirit of Boston, offering an evening cruise with stunning views of the Boston Harbor.
How to get to the Gala Dinner
The Gala dinner will take place aboard the Spirit of Boston, docked at 200 Seaport Blvd, Boston, MA 02210. Transportation will be provided from the conference venue to the boarding location. Buses will leave promptly at 4:30 pm. Boarding begins at 5pm and closes at 5:50pm. The vessel sets sail from 6pm – 8:30pm. Buses will be available for transportation back to the conference venue.
Visas
All international participants are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid travel documents to enter the United States. A valid passport is required for all non-U.S. citizens, and in many cases, a visa will also be necessary. Attendees should consult the U.S. Department of State website or their local U.S. embassy or consulate to determine the specific requirements and application timelines for their country of citizenship. Because visa processing times can vary widely, we strongly recommend beginning the application process as early as possible. If needed, the conference organizers can provide official invitation letters to support visa applications once registration is confirmed.
