MIT Sloan recognizes the powerful impact well-functioning health systems can have on both personal and societal welfare. Our community is working to solve the complex issues that prevent people from achieving overall health and receiving healthcare in timely and cost-effective ways. We envision a future of healthcare that includes improved healthcare analytics, operational and organizational improvements, and economic incentives for affordability. MIT Sloan possesses a diverse slate of high caliber, healthcare-related faculty research and activities including the Health Systems Initiative, the Food Supply Chain Analytics and Sensing Initiative, and the Operations Research Center Health Initiatives.
